Electronic documents offer speed, flexibility, economy, and easy storage. The Electronic Notary Seal (ENS) provides this necessary and final link for secure electronic notarizations. ENS: The Secure Electronic Notary Seal The ENS is a SISAC-accredited, standards-based, x.509 v.3 digital certificate issued exclusively to approved electronic Notaries. That Notary can protect the ENS by password or through a biometric (e.g., fingerprint) confirmation. The National eNotary Registry Electronic Notary Seals are issued, managed, and maintained in real-time by State Notary officials and the NNA through the National eNotary Registry. The National eNotary Registry enables any parties involved in the document transaction to authenticate the eNotary in real-time, thus eliminating traditional, time-consuming authentication processes. Tamper-Evident Seal The ENS helps thwart forgeries and frauds. Once affixed, the ENS renders the document tamper-evident by marking in real time the moment when the Notary authenticated it. If someone later attempts to alter the e-document, subsequent viewers of the document can be alerted that tampering has occurred. NOTARIZING A SIGNED DOCUMENT Notaries can perform an “acknowledgement” on a document that has already been signed. The signer must personally appear before the notary and acknowledge that he/she executed the document. NOTARY POWERS A Notary is a public official whose main powers in California include administering oaths and attesting to signatures. Notary Public is a state-wide appointment, which mean they can notarize documents throughout the entire state in which they are commissioned.

Our fees adhere to the regulations established by the State of California. We offer discounts for groups who have regular, multiple document signings. All fees are negotiable. Acknowledgements $10 Certified Copy of Power of Attorney $10 Oaths and Affirmations $10 Jurats $10 Power of Attorney $10 Document Packages (travel fees included) Escrow Office Loan Signing (local) $125 E-Doc loan packages $45 Airport Emergency Notarization $65 (plus $10 per document per signature) Travel Fees for all other documents Within 20 mile radius $40 Evenings (after 7:00pm) within 20 miles $50 Over 20 miles from Sherman Oaks, please call for quote Additional Fees Faxing, E-docs & photocopies - minor fees apply depending upon number of pages.
