Dear Friends,
This will serve as an introduction and/or an update. I am a mobile Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent, as well as a member of the National Notary Association and American Society of Notaries.
Through my experience, I have gained insight into assisting with loan documents of all types, in addition to helping clients feel more comfortable when signing “Powers of Attorney” and “Advanced Health Directives” in hospitals, convalescent homes, and retirement communities.
For the last many years, I have been in the “people” business as a salesman and business owner, providing clients with consideration and understanding. I service my clients with confidence, integrity, and attention to detail to ensure a successful completion of the notary signing process.
I am now using ENJOA, Electronic Notary Journal of Official Acts software, and ENS, Electronic Notary Seal, developed by the National Notary Association, MIT, and Microsoft. This software allows notaries to keep an electronic journal, add an electronic Notary Seal to send notarized documents via the Internet, and utilize electronic loan documents.
Having lived in Southern California for 20+ years, I am familiar with the area and surrounding communities. I have worked as an assistant at a mortgage brokerage since January 2003, and I am well acquainted with the many documents associated with loan signings. I have completed over 3,000 signings, both mobile and electronic.
I have worked for many signing agencies, escrow companies, title companies and lenders, and I can supply references upon request for my mobile services.
