Dear Friends,
This will serve as an introduction and an update. I am a mobile Notary Public and a Certified Notary Signing Agent. I am a member of the National Notary Association and the American Society of Notaries.
I use software that allows me to add electronic Notary Seals to documents that are sent and received over the internet. I have been background checked for loan signings and approved by Fidelity National Title, Chase Bank, First American Title, Stewart Title and many other national title and escrow companies.
I am well acquainted with the documents associated with loan signings (including reverse mortgages). I have completed over 3,500 signings and worked for many signing agencies, escrow companies, title companies, lenders, penitentiaries, bail bondsmen and independent businesses. I travel all of southern California.
I help clients feel more comfortable when signing Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Directives in hospitals, convalescent homes and retirement homes. I am also available for signings at local airports. I assist my clients with confidence, integrity, sensitivity and attention to detail to ensure a successful completion of the signing process.
